This is a plastic injection mold we have made for our customers, it is a fully hardened cavities mould, the steel be used for cavity is hardened H13. The material of plastic part is Nylon and 30% Fiber Glass. It is just for reference. The material of plastic part is Polyethylene. We can make mold and plastic parts based on customers' drawings or samples together with other detailed informations.
